HOW IT WORKS
Once a date is chosen, Marc will discuss possible themes. Most people opt to add "reception" wine, that can be discussed during the presentation. Champagne or sparkling wine is always a hit! On the day of the event, Marc will arrive with the wines, tasting notes, and tasting glasses. The ideal set up is something casual, perhaps a living room. Here's the fun part! Marc will lead a discussion, not a lecture. The more you're involved, the better. Ask a bunch of questions! Once all wines have been discussed, most people prepurchase a second bottle of each so that you can discuss amongst your guests on your own.
